Who We Are
The Site supports the following independently organized dental practices, each doing business as 7 Day Dental:
- Christine Chung DDS, Inc. — Laguna Woods office
- Christine Chung Dental Corp. — Mission Viejo office
- Chuck Truc Le DDS, Inc. — Lincoln Avenue offices

The practices may share information with one another as permitted by law to route requests, coordinate services, and operate the Site.
Scope of This Policy and HIPAA
This policy applies to personal information collected through the Site and related online services. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices. Health information created, received, or maintained by a 7 Day Dental practice in connection with your care may be protected health information governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), California law, and our Notice of Privacy Practices. If this policy differs from the Notice of Privacy Practices with respect to protected health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable health privacy law control.
General contact forms may not be appropriate for detailed clinical or highly sensitive information. Please use a designated patient form or contact the appropriate office by telephone. Do not use the Site for a life-threatening or medical emergency; call 911.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use first-party and third-party cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, scripts, and similar technologies. These technologies help provide essential functions, remember preferences, improve security, understand how visitors use the Site, measure calls and appointment activity, and evaluate content or advertising.
Google Tag Manager and similar tools may be used to deploy or manage analytics, advertising, call-measurement, and other tags. Appointment and patient forms may be provided through YAPI or related services. The Site may also use services such as accessiBe, embedded maps, videos, and social-media features. These providers may collect online identifiers and activity information subject to their own notices and our agreements with them.
Your Cookie Choices
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie-preference tool made available on the Site. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality. You can also use privacy settings offered by applicable analytics or advertising providers.
Do Not Track and Cross-Site Tracking
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting that signal, the Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. This disclosure does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Third parties that provide analytics, advertising, embedded content, accessibility, or other Site services may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or services. Their collection and use are governed by their own privacy notices and applicable law.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- The 7 Day Dental legal entity and office responsible for your inquiry, appointment, or care, and other 7 Day Dental entities when permitted by law for routing, coordination, administration, and Site operations.
- Service providers that support website hosting, security, maintenance, forms, appointment scheduling, communications, accessibility, analytics, advertising, call measurement, and other business functions.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and others that assist with legal, compliance, security, or business matters.
- Government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor or other party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell or rent information submitted through contact, appointment, or patient forms for money. We do not use information submitted through those forms for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Analytics or advertising providers may receive online identifiers and Site activity information through cookies or similar technologies. Depending on applicable law, some of these disclosures may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” even when no money changes hands. Where required by law, we provide applicable choices or honor applicable requests.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site links to or uses services operated by other companies, which may include YAPI, Google services, accessiBe, embedded maps or videos, social-media services, and other vendors. Their privacy notices may apply in addition to this policy. When a third party processes protected health information for a 7 Day Dental practice, its use and disclosure may also be restricted by HIPAA, our Notice of Privacy Practices, and applicable contracts.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated websites or services that you choose to visit. Review their privacy notices before providing information.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use caution when sending sensitive information through general website forms.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested services, maintaining business and patient records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the context in which it was collected, and applicable law. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer periods.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your relationship with us and applicable law, you may be able to:
- Review or correct contact information that you submitted through the Site.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
- Opt out of certain nonessential communications, targeted advertising, or disclosures treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law.

To submit a request, contact us using the email address or telephone number below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification. Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information governed by HIPAA or information we must retain by law.
California Privacy Disclosures
California law requires operators of commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers to describe the categories of information collected, the categories of third parties with whom it may be shared, the process for requesting review or correction when one exists, how material policy changes are communicated, the policy’s effective date, and online-tracking practices. Those disclosures are provided throughout this policy.

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. As described above, certain analytics or advertising disclosures involving online identifiers and Site activity may be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. To exercise an applicable opt-out right, contact us using the information below and use any cookie-choice mechanism made available on the Site.
California Requests
If a California privacy law applies to us and to your information, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of certain personal information; opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive information about our practices. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
You may also ask us to review or correct personally identifiable information collected through the Site by contacting us. We will respond as required by applicable law. Requests concerning dental or medical records should be directed to the Privacy Officer for the office that provided care and will be handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable health-record laws.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian may provide information about a minor when requesting dental care or completing designated patient forms. Children under 13 should not submit information through the Site without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child submitted information improperly, contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal requirements.
